What Are We Bringing?
WHAT ARE WE BRINGING?
What should you bring on a five month trip around the world? How do you fit everything in just one carry-on? What are the necessary tools you need to make a documentary and can you still fit all that in your pack? That's what we asked google. When it comes to light-weight packing, it is difficult to decide what to bring and what to go without. Here is what made the cut for us. We have organized the contents of our packs into a few categories: clothing, hygiene, gear, tech, and since this journey is all about food, we included that as a category too. If you have any questions about our gear, please leave a comment!

FOOD
At our last stop at an american grocery store, we bought some produce, coffee, granola bars and kaiser rolls. Right after taking this photo we made tomato avocado sandwiches for lunch and drank our coffee. That left us with 12 granola bars, 4 kaiser rolls, a banana, an apple, a bag of ground coffee, and coffee filters to bring with us on the plane. Two granola bars each served as a makeshift breakfast on the overnight flight to Reykjavík. As I am finishing up this post, we are sitting in a Reykjavík cafe named Joe & The Juice drinking some caffeine and finishing off the kaiser rolls. I cannot wait to see how differently we view, purchase, and interact with food as this trip progresses.
